30 Vintage Cakes from the South That Deserve a Comeback - Blackberry Jam Cake I love southern cake recipes!! But since I have Celiac Disease they need to be gluten free. I will try to sub the flour for a good blend of gluten free baking flour (no bean flours!) I use Better Batter gf flour.
